Important information
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
The programming of the hotel and the city may undergo changes due to the municipal decrees in the prevention of Covid-19. Consult the reception for more information.
Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed per apartment. Please note that the property can only allow dogs with a maximum weight of 10 kilos and a measurement up to 16 in from paws to shoulders. Presentation of vaccination card is required.
When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.
Please note that CHD free condition is not valid for All Inclusive board. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers 24 hours, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
