airtix.ai acts as an intermediary technology aggregator connecting users with third-party travel providers, including airlines, commercial air carriers, hotels, accommodations, travel consolidators, and related travel service suppliers (collectively, "Travel Providers"). airtix.ai does not own, operate, manage, or control the aircraft, hotel rooms, or travel inventory listed on the Platform. Any booking completed through the Platform constitutes a direct, legally binding contract between you and the respective Travel Provider.
3. AI-Powered Search, Recommendations, and Automated Tools
airtix.ai incorporates artificial intelligence, predictive machine learning models, and automated data processing algorithms to generate travel itineraries, route suggestions, price forecasting, and accommodation recommendations. While we strive for precision, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated recommendations and travel estimates are informational only and do not constitute professional travel or financial advice.
- Fares, seat availability, hotel inventory, baggage allowances, and flight timetables change dynamically and in real time; the actual terms offered at the point of booking confirmation by the Travel Provider supersede any AI-generated estimates.
- airtix.ai accepts no liability for decisions made based on predictive or AI-generated output.
4. Booking, Pricing, and Payment Terms
When you complete a booking through airtix.ai:
- Accuracy of Information: You certify that all traveler details, including full legal names as displayed on government passports, dates of birth, contact email addresses, and payment credentials, are accurate and complete. Reissue fees or refusal of transport caused by inaccurate data entry remain entirely your responsibility.
- Fares and Taxes: Quoted prices typically include mandatory base fares, carrier-imposed surcharges, and applicable governmental taxes. However, local resort fees, municipal tourist occupancy taxes, seat selection fees, baggage charges, or visa/entry costs may be billed directly by the hotel or airline and are not included unless expressly itemized.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed via authorized third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize airtix.ai or the designated Travel Provider to charge the stated total amount to your designated payment method.
- Currency Conversion: All transactions processed in alternate currencies are subject to fluctuating foreign exchange rates and potential conversion or transaction fees assessed by your issuing banking institution.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, Changes, and No-Shows
All cancellations, modifications, schedule alterations, voluntary refunds, and involuntary flight disruptions are strictly governed by the underlying rules, tariff structures, and contract terms of carriage of the specific Travel Provider:
- Non-Refundable Fares and Rooms: Many discounted airfares and hotel bookings are designated as non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable by the Travel Provider.
- Schedule Changes and Flight Cancellations: Flight delays, reschedules, cancellations, or mechanical disruptions are managed directly by the operating air carrier. airtix.ai does not assume financial or operational responsibility for missed connections, alternative accommodations, or incidental travel costs.
- Platform Administrative Fees: In addition to fees imposed by Travel Providers, airtix.ai reserves the right to charge non-refundable administrative processing fees for manual booking changes, re-ticketing, or processed refund requests where permitted by applicable law.
- No-Shows: Failure to check in for a scheduled flight or hotel reservation without prior authorized cancellation will result in complete forfeiture of all funds paid under standard Travel Provider policies.
6. Travel Documentation, Passports, and Health Compliance
You bear sole responsibility for verifying and obtaining all mandatory international and domestic travel credentials, including valid passports (with at least six months remaining validity prior to travel), entry visas, transit permits, electronic travel authorizations (e.g., ESTA, ETA), and required immunizations or medical clearances. airtix.ai is not liable for entry refusals, deportation, or boarding denials enacted by immigration authorities or airline operators.
7. User Accounts and Platform Conduct
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to safeguard your credentials and remain responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, spiders, scrapers, or bots to harvest prices, inventory, or platform data without explicit prior written authorization.
- Submit speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations in anticipation of demand.
- Circumvent or manipulate platform security layers, rate structures, or network protocols.
- Use the Platform in violation of applicable international export controls, embargoes, or trade sanctions.
8. Provision and Modification of Services
airtix.ai is entitled to modify, enhance, restrict, or discontinue any feature, API, or service at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including temporary suspension for system maintenance or upgrades. airtix.ai may deliver services, customer support, and booking fulfillment through trusted subsidiaries, regional operating units, or verified third-party partners.
9. Proprietary and Intellectual Property Rights
All content, source code, visual interfaces, proprietary AI software, algorithms, databases, domain names, trademarks, and service marks associated with airtix.ai are the exclusive property of airtix.ai or its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent conventions. Nothing in these Terms grants you any title, ownership, or licensing interest other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for individual, non-commercial travel arrangement purposes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of airtix.ai is entirely at your own risk. Services and content are provided strictly on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. airtix.ai explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted service, or freedom from software defects, viruses, or pricing inaccuracies caused by third-party data feeds.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, airtix.ai, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, travel interruptions, missed flights, property damage, personal injury, illness, loss of data, loss of business reputation, or costs of procurement of substitute travel services resulting from:
- Your access to, reliance upon, or inability to access and use the Platform;
- The acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party Travel Provider;
- Any technical failure, transmission error, unauthorized account access, server downtime, or dynamic pricing alteration occurring prior to final ticketing;
- Acts of God, weather anomalies, labor disputes, civil unrest, war, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is restricted, airtix.ai's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total processing fees retained directly by airtix.ai for the specific booking in dispute.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless airtix.ai, its corporate affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and staff from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your breach of any law or third-party rights, or your misuse of bookings confirmed via the Platform.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of airtix.ai shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the designated corporate jurisdiction of airtix.ai, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except where prohibited by consumer protection statutes, any dispute, controversy, or claim shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration or resolved within the competent courts of airtix.ai's registered corporate seat, waiving any right to participate in class or collective actions.
14. Severability and Amendments
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. airtix.ai reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a revised effective date on this page.
